Knole DFAS was founded in 1986 to provide a Decorative and Fine Arts Society in the Sevenoaks area that met in the afternoons (Sevenoaks DFAS meet in the evenings).  A celebration to mark Knole’s 25th anniversary was held on the 5th October 2011 at Lullingstone Castle.

Knole meets on the third Thursday of every month (except July and August).  Lectures start promptly at 1.45 pm and finish by 3 pm.

The lectures are on a wide spectrum of the Arts  given by accredited Lecturers.   In addition to the monthly lectures, we hold two study days per season in March and November, arrange various outings to places of interest and organise two study tours in the UK and abroad.
